We want you to be completely enamored with your Abigail Ahern home accents; however, if a piece isn't quite right for your sanctuary, you can return it within 28 days of receipt. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, artisanal packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postcode to select the items you wish to send back to our studio.
Package with Care
Carefully repackage your items using the original protective materials to ensure they arrive back to us safely and undamaged.
Label and Dispatch
Print your generated return label and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized collection point or schedule a courier pickup.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
